Packages will need to be returned to a courier within 15 days of receiving them in order to be eligible for a return.


To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in perfect re-salable condition, with such determination being in our sole discretion. For clarity, returned items should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the items on) and any labels or tags should be intact. Items must also be sent back in the original packaging provided including any branded packaging (e.g. Boxes, dust bags, etc.). Be mindful of deodorant, makeup or perfume that may rub off, and beware of jewelry that may catch or tear fabric.

Certain items may not be eligible for returns (e.g. items marked as ‘final sale’). All items that are not eligible for returns will be marked as such. Please check the packaging before returning any items.

We reserve the right to reject returns which do not comply with our Return Policy.  Such determination shall be in our sole discretion and in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act.



Insert the return label into the pouch that came on the original packaging and discard the original shipping waybill. Please do not write on or tape any other paperwork on the box as this can confuse the courier. We reserve the right to deduct the amount of additional costs that we may incur (e.g. repackaging, cleaning, shipping costs) from any applicable refund you may be entitled to.  Such deductions shall be in our sole discretion.

 Please be advised that multiple orders cannot be returned with a single return request and in the same box; orders will need to be shipped separately with several return requests.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

 Returned items that were originally paid for by alternate tenders (e.g. Gift Certificates, previous store credit, etc.) other than cash, debit or credit card will receive an exchange or refund in the form of a store credit. Cash will not be issued.



Frequent returns made from the same account will automatically be flagged in our system. If we notice that our return policy is being abused, we may take action in the form of blocking an account and/or cancelling future orders. We reserve the right to reject returns which do not comply with our Return Policy. Returns that do not respect the policy may be sent back to the original shipping address.

 To protect against fraudulent activities, we reserve the right to request valid photo ID and proof of purchase for the purposes of validating customer information when processing a return or refund. We further reserve the right to inquire with third parties (such as courier services) to assess the validity of certain return claims.

We cannot 'replace or refund' missing or stolen items that were marked as 'delivered'.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund where we provide the shipping label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
