If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Packages will need to be returned to a courier within 15 days of receiving them in order to be eligible for a return.

As a friendly reminder, to be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in perfect condition. This means the items should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the items on) and that any labels or tags should be intact. Items must also be sent back in the original packaging provided including any branded packaging (eg. Boxes, dust bags, etc.) to avoid a restocking fee.  Be mindful of deodorant, makeup or perfume that may rub off, and beware of jewelry that may catch or tear fabric.

***Items returned with deodorant or makeup on the fabric will be rejected***

Insert the return label into the pouch that came on the original packaging and discard the original shipping waybill. Please do not write on or tape any other paperwork on the box as this can confuse the courier.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
